Five Oaks Clubhouse
Upon first sight of our massive clubhouse, most new members simply say, “Wow.” With nearly 10,000 square feet and three levels, the clubhouse has plenty of space suited to the needs of all its members.
At the Five Oaks Clubhouse, we host community events, offer private rentals, and house offices for our Five Oaks community manager. It is also open to all members most weekdays 10am to 4pm without a reservation. Come to the Five Oaks Clubhouse during the weekday to work, have a meeting, or meet up with a neighbor.

If you’re looking for consistent daytime access to the clubhouse main area for coworking or hobby purposes during the hours of 8am to 6pm, please review our daytime use agreement.
The Main Room
The Main Room, the largest room in the clubhouse, features a cathedral ceiling and overlooks the pool and lake. With its glass front, gorgeous view, and affordable rental pricing, it’s a perfect spot for your next event! In the Oak Room, you’ll find:
- A stage with a piano, for concerts & events
- Seating and tables for 30-40 people, with a few additional chairs available for large events
- A lounge area with a TV and couches
The top level of the clubhouse features a newly renovated loft and bar, with comfy couches and TV. This is where we host monthly Loft Socials, with beer, wine and light snacks. It’s also a perfect spot for game nights, movie nights, and parties. The loft may be rented at any time.
On the main floor, there are three offices for our staff: Josh Lindgren, our community director, his assistant, and our tennis pro. There is a security office on the bottom floor, next to the gym. There is also an open sun room work space next to the kitchen, with a desk, lamp, and office chair, that members may use when the Clubhouse is open. Please contact the Five Oaks office to verify office hours and for access to wifi.
The conference room is perfect for small meetings. This is where our community HOAs – 4100, Hickory Downs, Farrington, and Lakeside – typically meet, as well as any other smaller meetings or parties.
Fully Equipped Commercial Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped for commercial use, and is perfect for storing and preparing food for your event. Its features include:
- Commercial ice machine
- Commercial refrigerator
- Large sinks and dishwasher
- Microwave for heating food
Renters must supply their own linens, serving dishes, utensils, paper goods and related supplies for their party. Five Oaks will provide cleaning supplies and trash bags for your event.
Our outdoor offerings at the clubhouse include:
- Outdoor wrought iron tables
- Wooden picnic tables
- Activities such as ping pong and corn hole
Members may rent the grill for use in conjunction with the pool, or year-round. There is a fee for private use. Please see our rental page here for more information.
If you would like to plan a community-wide event, please let us know – use of the grill for community-wide events is free, and Five Oaks may even cover some costs for food, help you market the event to the community, etc.
On the lower floor, the clubhouse features a full 24 hour fitness facility, yoga/fitness room, and bathrooms with showers. Learn more about the fitness facilities here.
Rent the Five Oaks Clubhouse
Members may rent the clubhouse for events and private parties. Examples of events that have been hosted at Five Oaks include:
- Business meetings
- Community gatherings
- Regular meetings, such as clubs and church

Non-members who want to rent Clubhouse space may become members in order to rent clubhouse space. If your group or club would like to meet at Five Oaks, it is sufficient for the hosting individual to become a member.
