Looking for a place to host your event, with a warm and cozy “ski lodge” vibe? Look no further! With nearly 10,000 square feet across three floors, the Five Oaks clubhouse has spaces suited to a variety of different needs from small gatherings to large events. Events have ranged from weddings and baby showers to poker nights, bar nights, sports gatherings and luncheons.

Looking to drop in without a reservation? Five Oaks staff hold office hours Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from noon to 4pm, and are often onsite much more often than this. When the clubhouse is open and not in use for an event, members are welcome to come use the Clubhouse without a reservation.

Community Events: Community is at the heart of what makes Five Oaks special, and Five Oaks makes every effort to encourage community-led events. Members are encouraged to make this space yours and host your community event here! If you are hosting an event for all Five Oaks membership that will not need extra cleaning services afterwards (such as a game night), your rental is free – and we will help you advertise your event by sharing it in our newsletter. If you need supplies, please ask – Five Oaks often helps finance community-led events as well.

The Great Room

The Great Room, the largest room in the clubhouse, features a cathedral ceiling and overlooks the pool and lake. With its glass front, gorgeous view, and affordable rental pricing, it’s a perfect spot for your next event! In the Great Room, you’ll find:

  • A stage with an electric piano, for concerts & events
  • Seating and tables for 30-40 people, with many additional folding chairs available for large events
  • Two large sliding glass doors for setting up indoor-outdoor events
  • A lounge area with a TV and couches

The Loft

The top level of the clubhouse features a newly renovated loft and bar, with comfy couches and TV. This is where we host monthly Loft Socials, with beer, wine and pot luck snacks. It’s also a perfect spot for game nights, movie nights, and parties.

Conference Room

The conference room is perfect for small meetings. This is where our community HOAs – 4100, Hickory Downs and Farrington – typically meet, as well as other smaller meetings or parties. The Conference Room is also a perfect place to stage a buffet for a large gathering in the Great Room.

Commercial Kitchen

Our commercial kitchen* (with heating elements currently removed due to fire code), and is perfect for storing and preparing (cold) food for your event. Its features include:

  • Commercial ice machine
  • Commercial refrigerator
  • Large sinks and dishwasher
  • Microwave for heating food

Renters must supply their own linens, serving dishes, utensils, paper goods and related supplies for their party.   Five Oaks will provide cleaning supplies and trash bags for your event.


Our outdoor offerings at the clubhouse include:

  • Wrought iron tables
  • Wooden picnic tables
  • Ping pong, corn hole, giant Connect 4
  • Grill
  • Hanging loungers

Multipurpose Room

The Multipurpose Room, downstairs next to the gym, is open for events 24/7. Members may reserve it at no charge for private use. The multipurpose room is great space for group fitness classes, kids’ movie nights, and Girl Scout or Scout meetings.

Rent the Five Oaks Clubhouse

Members may rent the clubhouse for events and private parties. Examples of events that have been hosted at Five Oaks include:

  • Business meetings
  • Weddings
  • Reunions
  • Fundraisers
  • Concerts
  • Dances
  • Community gatherings
  • Regular meetings, such as clubs and church

Members may host events (such a baby shower or wedding) for a guest provided that they are in attendance for the entire event, including setup and cleanup. Non-members may become members in order to host events at Five Oaks – we have had several members do so.

Pricing varies by the size of your party, day of week, cleaning arrangement and whether you require an alcohol license. For pricing and policies, please review this Clubhouse Booking Form. For availability and to book the clubhouse, please email the office with your completed booking form. Once a date is secured, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions for paying required fees. A completed booking contract and refundable deposit is required for every booking.
