Rent the Clubhouse
Rentals are available only to current Five Oaks members. The booking member must be in attendance for the entire event. Renting the clubhouse costs between $30 and $495 per event (+$350 refundable deposit), depending on the size of your party, day of week (weekend/weekday), cleaning arrangements, and whether you require an alcohol license. With this rental, your event may have use of the main room, meeting room, kitchen, and loft. All events must end by midnight.
If there is already an event booked, we will sometimes allow a second event at the clubhouse at the same time, if it is convenient to both parties and both parties agree (i.e., one group is using the loft and the other using the conference room).

Rent the Multipurpose Fitness Room
The multipurpose fitness room, in the lowest level of the Clubhouse where the gym is, is free to book, subject to availability. The multipurpose room is a great space for fitness classes and meetups with kids – play dates, scout troop meetings, small birthday gatherings, etc. Inquire below or call the Five Oaks office for availability.
To inquire about availability, please contact the Five Oaks Office, or fill out the form below. You must be or become a Five Oaks member. You may optionally upload your completed rental form. Once a date is secured through the Five Oaks office, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions for paying required fees. A completed booking contract and refundable deposit is required for every booking.
