Free Yoga 6 Week Series ( Sunday Nights)

Yoga Basics Series: This FREE series is led by student-teachers and is intended to introduce participants to alignment-based Yoga in a fun, safe, judgement-free environment. Come learn the basics of a practice that has opened the door for people around the world to connect more deeply with their bodies and with their world. All levels of experience are welcome, especially beginners. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes – you just have to be able to imagine that you can.
This practice will be a progressive 6 week series, running Sunday nights from 4-5pm starting 5/13/18 (with a one week break on 5/27), and Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30pm starting 5/9/18. Classes will be held in the main room of the Five Oaks Clubhouse. The Sunday and Wednesday classes will be similar, but each with a slightly different focus, so feel free to come to both. Guests are welcomed!
Note: Please bring a mat if you have one!
