Five Oaks Office Hours may vary – We are generally on-site between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment if you have business that needs to be addressed on-site. We have a Drop-Box located next to the front doors of the Clubhouse for dropping of dues, proxies, booking forms or other items related to the Five Oaks Recreational Associaton, Inc.

Josh has called the triangle area his home for over twenty-five years and has worked in the recreational industry for more than ten years. Josh earned his degree in Recreation and Leisure Service Management from East Carolina University in 1999 and has remained focused on his career path in the industry ever since. Since being hired as the General Manager of Five Oaks in 2003, Josh has obtained his North Carolina Real Estate License and began his own community management company called Community Focus of NC Inc, which was a natural fit to meet the management aspects specific to non-profit associations like Five Oaks. Josh currently resides in Fearrington Village of Pittsboro, NC with his wife and two children.
Ellen Gilmartin – Admin Assistant ellen@fiveoaksclub.com
Ellen Gilmartin is the Irish Queen of Five Oaks. Born and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Gilmartin worked over 30 years for the same legal firm as a Legal Admin Assistant and Office Manager. Ellen has been with Five Oaks since 2003 and has been a huge factor in maintaining our databases, communications systems and organizing our social events & programs. Ellen lives on the lake with her trusty companion, Logan.

Brian attended North Carolina State University on a tennis scholarship, where he was selected to the All-ACC Academic Team for three years in a row. During his high school career in Florida, he won a singles and doubles state title and earned Florida High School Player of the year in 1996. He attained a top 50 national ranking and a top 5 sectional ranking. Brian earned a degree in Business Management-Marketing Concentration from NC State in 2002. His first job out of college was as an Assistant Tennis Professional at Southern Village Racquet & Swim Club in Chapel Hill. Brian then received the honor to become the youngest Head Tennis Professional in North Carolina, where he was responsible for the operation of tennis and camps at Brier Creek Country Club from 2003-2007. Currently, Brian is the President of the Raleigh Tennis Association and lives with his wife in Raleigh.

Stefanie has all the credentials of a great pool manager. As a middle school teacher in Raleigh, she is passionate about her job and prepared for anything. Take time to introduce yourself to our new pool manager for 2011. We look forward to working with Stefanie!
