Thank you for your response to our request for RSVP’s to our Labor Day Pot Luck Event! We had 40 Members RSVP and we are going to have a great time! We are currently organizing some live music for the event, which should be fun – We’ll keep you posted on those details. We had other suggestions including a scavenger hunt, bingo and a caricature artist. If anyone would like to organize one of these ideas and host it on this day, please let me know in the next week or so, so I can help you get what you need to facilitate the event.
We will have just enough food to feed our 40 who have submitted an RSVP to us. If you are going to come to the event, and you want food, we need to know by September 2nd.
